You may use this site for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or harvest contact details, disrupt the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages to facilitators or members.

Circles are peer gatherings built on confidentiality and respect. Participants agree to keep what is shared in a circle private, to attend with genuine presence, and to treat every member with dignity. We may decline or end participation where conduct harms the community.

Happiness Circle™ is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or mental health care, and nothing on this site or in a circle is professional advice. If you are in distress or crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service. In the United States you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Applications are reviewed by the Happiness Leadership Institute Team, and submitting one does not guarantee acceptance. Certification, territory arrangements, fees and programme details are set out in the separate agreement provided to accepted applicants, which governs if it conflicts with these terms. Certification may be withdrawn for breach of that agreement or of our community standards.

The Happiness Circle™ name, logo, curriculum, written content, imagery and design are owned by Happiness Circle and protected by intellectual property law. Trademark registration is pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use our materials or branding to run your own programme without written permission.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. By submitting content such as a testimonial or facilitator profile, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and in related materials. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

By joining a list you consent to receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and we honour opt-out requests promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act and equivalent laws.

We link to third party services such as Skool and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

• The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular outcome will result from participating in a circle.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happiness Circle and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in a circle.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify Happiness Circle against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
